Great, thanks for the leadHi Murph, that is going to take a bit of work to do right. The fascia is nailed from the top through the plywood roof sheathing. You probably are looking at replacement of the drip edge and 1x2 trim as well, not to mention the stucco in that immediate area.
I think you would also have a problem with water infiltration where your roof meets the wall at the right, which is where the worst of the damage is occurring, at least what can be seen.
I have a very trustworthy guy I use for minor work such as this, will PM you.
