Anyone replace their carpet and have recommendations?? Thanks to a kid's rogue cherry slurpee my '07 carpet is unfortunately thrashed. Nothing got it out, and tried several pros who all shrugged and said I should try dye's, etc. If I'm going that route I may as well bite the bullet and do a full replacement of the front and rear carpet (cargo carpet was spared).

Looking to replace with OEM or as close to OEM as I can find.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

I think OEM front/second row carpet runs around $1000 for the part. Maybe you could find a salvage piece and clean it up. I've seen a couple of people on Mud work wonders on dirty carpet. Dyeing it or having a big area repaired will definitely be noticeable, in my opinion.

You might thank the kid later, I am not a big fan of the OEM carpet. A little bit of moisture and it tends to smell.
I am planning on replacing the rear carpet with something like this: http://www.bedrug.com/

There are a lot of options out there, I would look at Marine products and just find yourself a good upholstery shop.

Did you try Super Clean (purple jug) and a carpet cleaning machine (little green monster). It takes a lot of fresh water to rinse the cleaner out of the carpet and lots of elbow grease.

I'm assuming you're talking about the actual carpet, not the floor mats.

I've wanted to replace my front carpet as well but the $1000 can go towards the drive train.

Before I'd spend a grand on new carpet, I'd pull the seats and console, remove the stained section and give it a good hose and scrub. There's only so much you can get out while the carpet is in the vehicle. Mine had almost a decade of kids and golden retrievers abusing it before I got it, and I brought the carpet back to about 9/10 condition with water, folex, tuff stuff and a brush.

I appreciate all of the feedback on my post - thanks!! Will take the advice, give it my best effort, and upon last resort do a carpet replacement.
