Just like the title says... Looking at an LC200. 2016 and it has 130K on the odometer. What if anything in particular should I be looking for with this many miles on it?

A fair price, first of all. 26k miles per year is a lot! Other than the usual PPI and maintenance history check, make sure the HVAC system changes between fresh and recirculate. Many of those systems have been broken by folks incorrectly changing the cabin filter and with that many miles the one your looking at will have been changed several times. It’s an expensive repair. I think there‘s a good summary for an LC PPI in the forum FAQs. Edit: I guess that PPI thread didn’t make it to the FAQs. But a search will bring up lots of info on general pre purchase inspections.

  1. Radiator Replacement
  2. Valley Plate Leak
  3. SAIC Replacement
  4. Maintenance History (HVAC door for sure)
  5. Undercarriage Rust
  6. Evidence of Towing (Look inside the hitch for scratches)
That many miles may indicate lots of long drives which means fewer heat cycles, which is how vehicles get to crazy numbers like 1 million miles. I'd try to confirm its previous use. That many miles in a short amount of time could actually be a great thing.

check for the radiator crack at the very top (common Problem in all years) , coolant leak at the back of the intake manifold many threats about it too, keyless smart key ignition problems as well. those are the most common issues with LC over 100K

What is SAIC replacement? i dont know about it, please tell me about it . thx

Sorry I mis-typed. Its the Secondary Air Injection System. Often get damaged during the valley plate leak repair or just fails on its own. Its part of the emissions system I think. It can be bypassed instead of repaired. Seems as common as the valley plate leak and not as common as the radiator.
