Looking at buying a 1999 LC - what do you think about this deal?

Going to take a serious look at a white 1999 LC priced at $21600 that has the following:

3rd seat
rear ac
rear locker
heated leather seats
moon roof
tow hitch
stero upgrade
66K miles

Does this seem like a fair price as is? If I can get them down to around $20500, I just might buy it if it's in good condition. Would like to hear your options/comments.

That's a good price and very reasonable milage, if and only if the truck's had decent maintenance and isn't from the rust belt. (BTW, the rear locker is a fairly rare option.)

Where are you? We were having a recent discussion on another thread that the best TLC prices are in Texas.
