Got rid of those pesky running boards on my GX today. Love the new look!

and super easy to cut out a piece of trim from the old boards to finish the look of the trim piece that sits just behind the front wheel well.

Looks awesome! So glad I got rid of mine! looks a lot better and much better to get in an out. Although, it does take the kids a bit longer to get in!

Thanks, I love the look of the GX without them. I totally agree with you - no more dirt marks on the back on my pant legs from scraping up against the old boards.

Looks great! Instant lift. Had to remove mine due to rubbing, but agree, they look so much better without them! Still need to trim down a piece for behind the front wheels though, gonna wait until I grab some sliders.

Thanks! You might not need a trim piece if you are going to put sliders on it. Some of the sliders might cover up most if not all of the missing gap. Unfortunately, I basically had to completely ruin my old running boards to cut out that trim piece, so if you can hold off until you get your sliders to see if you need it you might be able to salvage your old boards. Just a thought.
