Hi Guys-

I'm considering another group order on Long Ranger Tanks from OZ. Does anyone have interest?

I'm working up a quote now. I should have a number in the next couple of days.

I'd supply the tank and mounting hardware for the tank. You can buy the filler neck through SOR for a fair price. I think the filler necks come from 105 series.

If you want the 30L water supply you could order that too.

Please see attached links:

Water and Fuel Tank

I'd need 50% deposit up front. PM me or email me with questions.

This is an 80 series specific order.

Thanks

Seth

Water tank:

RHS Rear Quarter - On longer expeditions it may be necessary for one vehicle to carry in excess of a hundred litres of water. Storing these kinds of quantities can be difficult, but a practical solution is achieved via the fitment of a Flexi Tank water tank. Manufactured from odourless heavy duty vinyl, both universal and vehicle specific tanks are available. Many designs cleverly utilise otherwise redundant space in vehicle quarter panels and the like. Available in a range of sizes and capacities, they are an ideal means of water storage.

Fuel Tank:

166L Replacement Fuel Tank / LONG RANGER

Constructed from 2mm aluminised steel, Long Ranger tanks are Mig welded during manufacture. Baffles are fitted at the time of manufacture, as are fuel pick-up and breather outlets. Fuel expansion capacity is catered for in the design.

OK, how many gallons does it hold? Is this is an Aux tank or a replacement tank?
airlaird

43.8 gallons.

For the US market it would be an Aux tank. It takes the place of your spare tire...

I'd also like some pricing, this mod has always been in the back of my mind.

pricing would be good.

Fuel pump and switch would need to be obtained as well, correct?
What's included with the aux fuel tank -- just the tank and mounting hardware?

I know it's what you posted...but I just want to be sure I know all that's included for the price.

I would plan on 6 weeks shipping from OZ.

California residents will need to add 8.25% sales tax.

You can pay be by personal check, money order, or paypal (if you add the 3%)

I got a quote back from the factory, but the price has increased (alot). I'm trying to negiotiate a better price for the group. Shipping would be additional. I'd be willing to ship via forward air or DHL Freight.

Thanks

Seth

Let me get back to you on that.... For now just the tank, but I might be able to put a whole kit together.

Thanks

Oh man, I would love to have this setup. Please post the price for the unit and also for the whole kit when you get them. Thanks, sj

Okay, I have a quote for the tanks:

$950 to Los Angeles. CA residents add 8.25% tax. I can ship via Forward Air or DHL Freight. $20 crating fee.

Still working up a quote for the kits.

PLEASE PM me if you want to be included in the order. I'll need 50% up front. I'll leave the order open for 2 weeks.

Thanks

Seth

That seems expensive. Man A Free has thiers on sale for $695 right now.

Hi Kenny-

Yes Man-a-fre is selling a tank right now, but it's a different tank and holds 34 gallons vs. the one I am selling at 44 gallons.

I agree one can use $950 for a number of modifications. Some would argue that $1800 for an 80 series bumper is a bit much.

To each his own.....:D
