Long Range Tank - so-cal

I have a long range tank under a junk 55 here in so-cal. It doesn't hang down super low like some I have seen pictures of. I don't know the brand or the capacity but is HUGE. No leaks, has surface rust, not dented, etc. $250 and help me pull it.... I can't ship this thing... sorry... 714-561-0049

Does it look something like this? I put in 42 gallons on top of whatever was left into this tank last saturday so it's got nearly 50 gallon capacity.

not exactly but the size looks about the same.... this one has tubes in it for hardware bolting through it..... will try to get a pic soon....

Mine has that too but I don't trust sheet metal to hold the tank as much as I trust the OEM mounting points so I fabbed the straps instead.

ok... then i'm pretty sure that is the one..... if you want to pull measurements I can pull mine..... this one has an even coat of surface rust but the metal is sound....

Lou, if it is like mine it has all the plumbing hookups for the vents and whatnot on my '76. Basically a pull the small one and install the big one. You can read on my POTM thread for what I had to do to install it.

Lou, I picked up your tank this afternoon while I was getting some stuff for myself from Steve.

It just came out of the pig a few days ago, so I think it should air out for a few weeks before I try boxing it up for you.

Call me after Thanksgiving and I'll give it a sniff test.
