Maybe lay the windshield down to get a idea

I removed the underhood insulation hoping there would be holes pre-stamped somewhere to use as a guide. No luck.
If anyone has any additional installation suggestions, please feel free to share. I don't want to drill any more holes in my hood than I have to.
Thanks
Peter

Peter,
I live in Nashville and drive a Portuguese spec BJ73. These trucks came with removable front/rear door tops and hood blocks. You are welcome to come down and take the measurements you need. I also have a spare hood in the garage, might make taking the measurements easier.
Best regards,
Chris

Wow, thanks for the reply/offer. I went ahead and installed them. After looking at photos of the factory soft top Crushers has for sale (thanks for the reference), I lined them up as best I could with the windshield squirters and used the folded winshield as a guide. Not as good as the factory, I'm sure. But they look good and should hold the windscreen in place.
Next time I'm visiting Nashville, I will contact you for a visit. Please do the same if you're up my way!
Thanks again!
Peter

Peter,
No problem, I'm glad to hear you got them mounted. Absolutely, give me a shout next time you are down this way and I'll do the same. Would love to see your truck. I always have something new and interesting coming through the garage. I have a super clean LHD HJ61 arriving in mid-October. If you are in the area you should definitely come by to check it out.
Chris
