Hi Ica. I saw your message just now and took a look at your CL posting. Beautiful car. As someone who is still learning about Lc100's could you provide some sort of insight on maintenance of rust? I notice how you mentioned yours being surface level and I actually live in Florida so collecting additional rust wouldn't be an issue. However, I want to know if it's possible to pay for some sort of service that can remove all of the surface rust completely or close to it at that. Have any mechanics ever offered you this service before or do you know it's possible?

There are 3 local Toyota dealerships Tysons Corner, Fairfax and Chantilly and you can call them and pay for a pre-purchase inspection and ask them if they can remove the surface rust and what it would cost you. All cars have surface rust including brand new cars after years of usage. Why are you specifically interested in the 100 series and what and how are you going to use it in Maimi? What specific needs do you have for a 100 series?

I’ve got a 2007 LC well maintained with 150K miles in Oklahoma. Tan interior. Truck spent time in Louisiana and Florida prior to my purchase so minimal to no rust. Everything functions as expected. Factory AHC delete. For sale locally for 24.5K. Selling to make room for new to us LX 570.
