local place to get destaco latches in phx?

If you talking about an over center type of draw latch, Destaco or other brands. Maybe Grainger, DiEuginio Tools, Mcfadden Dale Hardware and I'm sure there are other industrial hardware places I'm forgetting.Usually no matter where you go they won't have what you really want in stock. You can order that kind of stuff online from places like Mcmaster Carr, Carr Lane or MSC Industrial.

Mike I have 2 like the ones that all the bumper makes use. I don't know if thats what you're talking about. I got them from McMaster-Carr. I don't remember exactly what model #. I need one for my 4x4 labs bumper, but could maybe sell the other. Lukes bumper design only uses one latch for both arms. I'll bring it up friday night for you to look at.


I don't remember if this is the exact one I got as far as the model # goes, but this is what it is. At least I think. Anyway I'll bring it up.

Hey Mike, I've got the latch in hand and will bring it tonite. It is not the one in the pic I posted. It is actually one step up from that with a 4000# load rating. It's still in bags and I printed off the spec sheets for ya.

thanks guys ill count you you two for the latches as i wont have time to go look around down there before the meet. i already drilled holes so if all works out the latch will be the same size.
