local engine business ?

Hello All for over here on the east coast
I have a ? about a couple of engine rebuilders local to you guys . Ive read the reviews but you need to take it with a grain of salt . The company is S and J engines . I need to get a chevy 292 and they seem to be the only ones who have a rebuildable core and the price is good .
Does anyone of you have any thoughts or deals with them ?
The other is place is Sunwest Automotive I know they do a lot of toyota 22rs but dont know how much about them but there not sure if they have a core .

Thanks everyone who got ahold of me thru here and IMs , Looks like I found one a little closer to me here for $50 more but comes oil pan to valve cover with a new waterpump/dizzy and fuel pump . The one out by you guys was a stripped long block and would need to be built . This one ready to ship and set up to almost a plug and play .

Now I just need to get my money back from the semi local person who took my order then was called a few hours later the companies he deals with have no built able cores .
