This is a brand new in box 70A alternator upgrade that is ideal for 1990+ LJ7x 2LTE/2LT-II trucks. I bought a second one after the first one was lost in shipping (delivered to one of my neighbors down the street who was on vacation as it turned out). Eventually it showed up at my house. I don't need two.
The factory LJ7x alternator is 55A, and the 70A is a SWEET upgrade. Made a huge difference for my truck with way less voltage drop at idle with lots of accessories running. The body is larger than the original alternator, but fits fine.
I bought it from Milner Offroad in the UK. ALTERNATOR (70 amp)
To use this in the LJ78/LJ71, you do have to swap a plug over from your original alternator. I made a thread with some pictures on how to do this. 70A alternator upgrade for 1990+ LJ7x?
