Hey everyone,

I’ve searched what feels like everywhere but without luck in finding a aftermarket or oem Relay Rod / Drag Link for my 1991 2L-TE LJ78W.

Wondering if anyone is selling or is able to send me in the right direction to buy one.

Thanks in advance.

You can get new tie rod ends, so getting a straight bar should be just a matter of measuring it and putting one in that fits the bill. I would check the dimensions of newer Land Cruiser relay rods, get one that is close to the same length, and if the threads are the same, use that. You might even be able to use the complete set of relay rod and tie rods if the tie rod is the same diameter. It will take a bit of homework, and a shop willing to take the time to work with you to find the right fit. Try calling up Online Auto Parts - their prices are competitive.

If you can take the old one out, that is even better, then you can go into a shop and get something that matches.
If you are replacing the Panhard Rod as well because of a lift, remember to do the rear one too.

Perfect, thank you!
