Hello, I need some advice regarding my brake feel.. It's soft and spongy and the truck takes a while to come to a stop.. I recently replaced front pads and adjusted rear brakes (expand brake shoes) and that helped, brakes were nice and firm for 2-3 days but now it's back to soft and spongy. I also bled all 4 corners.. brake lines are all good I have braided ss at the front. What else should I try?

I will bleed some more.. I thought I've bled enough. Shall I use the push pedal method or just gravity bleed?

I you do not have a power bleeder, use the the push pedal method. Gravity bleeding really only works if you have no upward turns in the system. And you have a lot of those that will trap air. Plus the air tries to go upward, so it's hard to force it down with gravity alone. An extremely small amount of air will cause the brakes to not work correctly.

You mean the lspv? I should bleed that last right?

I thought you did the corners furtherest from the master cyl , then LSPV ,then the front brakes furtherest from the MC

Yes, Rosco is right about bleed procedure. That order is correct.

I read here somewhere that the lspv can be taken apart and cleaned.
I bought new one instead.
