It was a show about the Great Basin and some of the more eccentric inhabitants. It was certainly worth watching and I found an answer to a question I've had since moving here in 1996: What is that conglomeration of "junk" formed into different structures on the South side of I-80 near Imlay? No locals that I have asked knew. So that was cool.

But I thought maybe it would have been a show from a geological perspective...but it was more of a human interest story.

It did answer some questions, but I think they spent way too much time on the "eccentrics" and not really anytime on the hidden treasures of the basin. I too was looking forward to more of the geological/natural side of the story. Oh well.
