Same setup as adso.

You will want the 886 up front (heavy duty) to support the bumper and winch.

depending on which toytec lift you get it may or may not be part OME. I bought ome 885 front springs and ome shocks front and back. Toytec springs for the rear as [from what i hear] the ome rear springs will jar your kidney stones loose if you don't carry wieght in the back. I was also told (by the toytec reps who had them on his rig) the front 886's are real stiff, so i went with the 885's as he recommended. I also had several other people who had ridden in FJ's with the OME rear springs and 886s tell me they rode really stiff. Corey could prob tell you how his rides. The springs are like $60 so i figured if i'm not please i could trade them out. I did a ton of reading on this so i hope i made the wise choice. I drive mine daily so i didn't want a real bumpy ride - i have my old fj40 for that.

I have my lift and ARB bumper in my garage waiting to be installed so I can't tell you what it's like yet. Soon as I'm back in town I'll get it taken care of and maybe post some pics.

I have the OME 886 up front with the Fabfours bumper and winch and the 895s in the rear with a warn rear bumper. The ride is not too stiff. It is much better than the factory suspension. My FJ is my only vehicle, so I use it for everything. It drives and handles very well. I was told by the guys at ARB that OME actually makes the Toyatec springs. Give them a call and they will explain. For the money, I love my OME lift.

Thats interesting, i hadn't heard that. Supposedly the toytec rears are supposed to be more like a stock ride, but if you go with a bull bar and winch up front you need the heavier springs. Hope i didn't make the wrong choice getting the 885s rather than the 886's. I will likely soon find out.

2 OME Front lift coil springs (884 coils are the standard Light front coils)
NOTE: Select coil spring part number below if optional front coils are desired before adding to cart or 884 coils will be shipped
NOTE: 886 Heavy front coils require OME N140s front shocks sold below.
ToyTec Top plate spacers For a full 3" front lift
6 top plate studs
2" lift ToyTec "stock ride" rear coil springs (10% increase above stock capacity and spring rate for the best ride and flex)
Installation instructions

OME (Old Man Emu) Nitrogen charged gas shock
Designed for the Best ride on/off road with OME front coils
Will also work with ToyTec Spacer lifts
Reduced shipping will be calculated if bought with a ToyTec Lift Kit

How is this one??

I bought the Toytec and love it! I went with the OME 885's up front and the Toytec spring in the rear with OME N71 shocks. The front is a lot stiffer than the stock setup and should handle your winch and ARB without issue. The rear is a little stiffer but not to the point of being jarring. Eventually I will be adding a new bumper and winch so my suspension is already set up when I get them.

???

I know only few have done it, but what would be good for a 6 inch lift?
...just curious
