The front of my rig is at around 21.5'' from hub to fender with stock UCAs

Would i benefit from installing aftermarket UCAs or is my current alignment good enough?

here are my results before and after the alignment

Also which UCAs would you recommend for driving in desert/dusty conditions or do i not really need them ? I want something that will not squeak and requires minimum maintenance.

The caster on your front end is not even. That may cause some strange driving characteristics. The passenger side is .7* more than the driver side.

If the OEM UCA's work over there, than I would stick with them. They are sealed, and use a traditional rubber bushing so no maintenence needed. If you are driving in sand and fine grit I would recommend staying with a booted ball joint. Honestly, the OEM UCA's are plenty strong, maintenance free, and cheap. How much lift do you have? Size tires? Are you rubbing on the OEM UCA?

Most of the companies that manufacture UCA's for the 100 Series are either in Australia, or the United States. If you have a issue with an aftermarket UCA it may be a while for parts to arrive. If you do go with aftermarket UCA's, make sure you order spare parts and bushings so you're not paying $100USD to ship $25 worth of parts over. I can't speak for companies in the UAE (or ME), but OEM is probably your best bet for living in a remote area with minimal parts availability for aftermarket UCA's.

What could i do to improve my caster? Or is the only route to go with aftermarket UCA's? I would say i have around 2 inch of lift in the front and i'm running 33's.

What could i do to improve my caster? While driving it i don't really notice anything strange, what should be looking out for? I think i'll stick with OEM, i recently replaced them. I would say i have around 2 inch of lift in the front and i'm running 33 inch tires.

Castor should be nearly identical on each side. Most alignment shops do not adjust camber (atleast in the US), they only adjust camber and toe. A 2" lift with 33's should not give you any issues with alignment. I would take it back and ask about the camber. It doesn't really seem like they touched that. I am not sure how to adjust caster. That would be something the shop could answer.
