has anyone installed the glass to the rear lift gate? ive called sevral places around here and told me they dont carry it. im buying from cruiserparts.net. i just wanted to know if i can instal myself or just leave it to the pros

Buy a new OEM gasket. Follow the OEM Body and Chassis manual. Bascially take the hatch off the truck. Clean the metal to rubber surface. You need a piece of nylon rope threaded inside the cavity in the rubber. Have a helper push the glass from the inside while you pull the rope slowly from the outside and work the rubber over the lip. Use WD 40 or windex to lube it up. Not at all hard to do with a helper.
