I have a few jobs (replace brake line, replace fuel lines, remove AHC gubbins, add conventional springs and shockers) and some rust treatment; that I think would be MUCH easier with the body lifted off.

Does anyone have a proceedure list for lifting the body off ? (a search revealed nothing) I guess it's the various mounting bolts, but what about a list of brake lines, wiring connector blocks, fuel, steering etc etc that would need to be disconnected first ? How much work is it ?

any +/- advise greatly received.

thanks

/Pete

These threads talk more about a traditional 1" Body Lift for fitting larger tires. If you're looking to lift the body higher than that just for work purposes, these threads will help, but probably don't cover everything. The a/c lines that run in front of the radiator could be an issue. The radiator itself could be an issue. The heater hose lines and connecting T's...... someone else will chime in with more. Most of that stuff is just bracketed and could be temporarily loosened/removed. There are also some tips in here for access to the body mounts and "hidden mounts".
