Lids?

Hey all,

Does anyone make/sell a pre built M101cdn trailer lid? I specifically like the ones the mirror the factory bends, if that makes a difference. I want one, but don't have the skills to fab one myself. I'm pretty sure I could mount one properly, with instructions, but could never make one.

Has anyone heard from Sierra4x4Trailers lately? I am looking to have a lid built for my M101 CDN2, but they have not answered several eMails, never answer the phone, and as of this week their website is no longer online. Does not bode well, unfortunately.

If only you were closer to SoCal. Fabricator here has done exactly what you are looking for on two M101CDN's here, one is mine and one for another cruiser owner here. Beautiful work. Steel. Approx cost $900.

I had a bad experience with Sierra 4x4. I ordered a lid for my M416 last year. He charged my card and he stopped answering his phone and my emails. I had to go to my bank and file some paperwork with them. After a 45 day investigation, the bank refunded my money to me. I don't know if they got their money back from Sierra 4x4, though. Over $1700, which included shipping.
I ended up buying a lid from Bobby at Cascadia Vehicle Tents in Oregon. I'm very happy with it so far.

Check with Cascadia tents in Bend, Oregon. They have an M100, 416 selection
