License plate lamp cover 81276-90K02

The Toyota database at Partsouq shows p/n 81278-90K02 for the license plate lamp cover on my 1991 BJ73. I cannot find it at any of the usual places, but many folks have 81276-90K02 and call it universal for 70-series. Does anyone know if I can substitute 81276-90K02 for 81278-90K02 for a 1991 BJ73?
