This will be the "official thread"

The concept is simple--the dealership wants to get Toyota 4x4 vehicles and owners together for an afternoon to celebrate Toyota 4x4 awesomeness.

No cost--everything is sponsored by Liberty Toyota. Plan on 10am to 2pm.

Bring your Toyota 4x4 to Liberty Toyota (5115 New Car Drive, Colorado Springs; basically a block south of Woodmen Drive on the east end, near Powers/Hwy 21). Park in the designated spot and hang out with other Toyota enthusiasts. There will be vendors (Toytec, Redline, and others) and the grill will be cooking burgers and dogs.

More to follow!

My dad and I will both be there in our 40's.

Just to add a layer of social action:

I should be there in the 40 and possible the 80 with wife driving. That is, unless work screws me over 😂

OK, gang, we're just a few days away.

I'm going to miss it because of a previous commitment to guide a trail and hike at 14erFest (14erFest.org), besides I'm the President of the Colorado 4WD Association so it's kind-of obligatory to set up as a vendor.

It looks like 4, maybe 5 rigs are attending the Liberty Toyota event...I've talked to others who were "on the fence".

If you're 99% sure you'll be there, please post again below. The Liberty Toyota peeps have asked me for an estimated number of attendees.

Is it open to others? Maybe see if the Rising Sun guys want in.

+1 - I'll be there.

Question is...will there be someone to give my club dues to??
Feel like I'm sneaking cookies out of the jar. Reckon I'm $40 in....
Plus, there's been no hazing. Did I miss a step?

LHM Toyota and/or Redline contacted them already (IIRC).

I haven't seen anyone discussing it over there.

If I get my motor mounts fixed. I will take an afternoon away from the shop and come.

I texted with Justin from LHM Liberty Toyota.

He asks if people are available, then please show up early (as early as 9am) to help set up. We didn't talk specifics but I assume he means to set parking cones, layout the vendor area, help set up pop-ups for the grill and refreshments, etc. Easy stuff...ya know, not like doing a 1FZ head gasket. (poke at @jflocs , LOL)
