Lexus owners site down? (1 Viewer)

I have tried to log into the Lexus Drivers site for a few months now, and I am getting "We are experiencing a temporary system outage" message. Is anyone able to log into their garage?

I can get into the Lexus Drivers garage just fine. You sure you have the right site page?

so i called, and the customer service lady said there was something wrong with my account. Five minutes later, i was able to log on. I had to re-add my cars and personal info.

When you re-added your cars, did you have any self-reported service history show up or just the dealership service history? My account hasn't been working for months. Lexus support suggested to delete my account and then have me create a new one. My concern is all of my self-reported service history will be lost.

I don’t think I added any data prior to reactivating, so just dealer. I keep a separate spreadsheet, but will try to add in the future.
