Lexus Front Axle and Toyota should be the same right? (1 Viewer)

I looked up 43430-60082 (Front CV Axle 19 GX460) on a online Lexus site as well as my local Toyota dealer and as I would expect, it's about 30$ cheaper locally + no shipping as I can pick it up. I'm guessing they use this same axle in many rigs across both Lexus and Toyota. I'd guess everyone is doing the same but I thought I would check if I'm missing something obvious.

Did you actually break a front axle???
If so, how? Acident? Or too large of tires rock crawling?
