I have led in my fuel andso side but to bright and reflects in left door glass.
I just hate led, the old original lamp with a green plastic cover is good enough, led also needs to be connected the right and only way so test before closing everything up.

The blower speed has a plastic bulb cover and the cluster to so decide if you keep it or remove.

Until this past weekend, I compromised! I kept the Tach and one instrument gauge (Volts I think) original. Mine were too dim even cranked all the way up AND with the green "bulb condoms" wiped off.

I've replaced all globes with leds.
They are not too bright and they are still dimable

Thear62,

Check out this thread on the LEDs for the FJ60-62 cruisers. It is the table I used for changing out all of my steady burning (non-flasher) lights in side and out. I did not change the flashing light because my purpose of the conversion was to drop the required amount of amps pull. A blinking/flashing light in not going to drop that much amps. I have brought all of my LEDs fron superbrightleds.com Never had a problem with any of there products.
