Leather seat replacement

I have a '00 LX with beige seats that are in great condition with the exception of a tear that appeared on the driver side base. It looks like MetricTLC is very unreliable, so I am planning on doing replacements with Leatherseats.com. They offer the third row seating as apart of a full package for several hundred more, but my third row is perfect and stored.

The questions are the following:

1)Anyone interested in brand new 3rd row seat beige skins if I go ahead and buy all 3 rows?

2)Any interest in used OEM beige 1st and 2nd row seating (with driver seat patched before shipping out)?

I'm interested in your front seat leather seat skins. I have a 2000 LX470 and have had zero luck finding new skins so far.
