Hello, my relative has a 2013 LX570 and it looks like it’s leaking clear sticky fluid under the truck where the passenger seat is. Here is a picture of where he thinks it’s coming from (pictures are pointing towards the front of the vehicle). Any ideas what it could be? Anything to worry about? Thanks again.

Couple years ago somebody had clear fluid leaking onto the DS, turned out to be a soda spilled in the center console.

My hunch is water from the A/C condenser dripping on the driveshaft which has dribbled a bit of grease from that slip yolk. I had a crapton of grease on my exhaust at one point when it came out of that spot (which BTW smells when it bakes on the exhaust). Yours looks pretty clean, so you may want to have the shop grease them at your next oil change..

When was the last time the driveshaft was lubed? Looks a bit dry.

Thanks @pvchaitanya and @linuxgod , I’ll definitely let him know about the AC condensation, he probably didn’t know that dripped from there. Good call @linuxgod and @prharper , I’ll have him lube the drive shaft, good looking out, hopefully it hasn’t gotten too damaged with being dry.
