That's your heater tee. There's two of them and you need to replace ASAP.

DIY: Replacing heater hose pipe T's *important*

How bout you worry about more important things than complaining about a response I posted if you don't wanna help keep your mouth shut .

Chris, as already stated that is your heater Tee (one of two). Yours is about 'blow' at any time. In fact...it will probably crumble when you go to remove the first hose clamp. Typically one of the them ( the hot side) will be bad, the other might still be viable but replace both and do so ASAP.

And pay no attention to the 'search police'. Inspect your hoses as well, they might be OK or might need replacement. Most of us replace the Tee's with an aftermarket (non OEM) metal part, but the plastic ones will last 10 years or more in most applications.

Thank you sir I saw some previous post where you guys are replacing them with a brass fitting from lowes I may try that . Thanks again for the response !

Hey Chris, I keep the OEM part in stock. If you decide to go that way, let me know.

With the hoses, check to see if they seem hard and brittle. If that's the state of the joint, then the hoses may be ready to go as well.

Thanks Kyle , what's the costs of the part and hoses ? If you want to email me csnow82@aol.com if you get time that would be great . Thanks for your time sir .

I know you already have your answer. But I can't help but reiterate the fix it ASAP response. Mine blew in the drive thru at Chick fil a two weeks ago. When they blow you will pump the coolant out quickly and your choices will be limited.
