LC79 with 1KD-FTV (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
Thought I'd share a pic of my 79 as a first post to the forum.
It's a late '07 model, sitting on a 2in Tough Dog suspension with 1in spacers for a total of 3in lift, 17in rims wrapped in 35in Maxxis Razr MTs.

I bought it with a 1KD-FTV fitted (1HZ originally), but I'm searching around for options on finding a crate 1HD-FTE to replace it with.

What @AussieHJCruza said mostly.
I miss the growl of a straight 6, I think it sounds even slightly better than the V8, I had a 75 with 1HZ and aftermarket turbo with 76mm straight pipe and you didn’t go anywhere fast in 1HZ fashion, but boy did it sound good. (I’ll see if I still have a video of it.)

Here is a pic of the engine bay, it being a 4 cylinder is my biggest thing, it’s better on diesel, but not enough for me to give up on a 6 cylinder.

It doesn't look too out of place. But definitely I understand the love for a I6 over I4.
