I doubt they did, but I could be wrong. I hope I'm wrong. But it also would not surprise me if the spec number underestimates suspension sag and tire deformation.

I just measured my garage, and it's about the same, almost 83" but anything over 82.5" will be rubbing the top seal. Hmm. A quick measure of my FJ puts it at about 78" so a LC is only an inch or two worse than that. Until I put larger tires on it.

I just picked one up tonight. It fights in my 82.5" garage with plenty of room. I didn't measure because we got home so late but looked to be around 3".

Is that bumper cover for the Hitch / Receiver? Have you had the chance to remove that cover yet to look at that area? Really curious. I thought the one for my 200 HE was big......

Interested in the attachments as well for mounting a pair of Plano boxes.

I’m still working on that. I bought some T-bolts for popular racks on Amazon. They fit perfectly in the track. I ordered some knobs to go with them now and they should be fine for mounting a box up there.
