LC Mechanic in or near Dallas (1 Viewer)

Can I please get recommendations for a good FJ80 mechanic in or near Dallas? I have a '96 LC with 158K miles that has been a second car and needs some love. She has been neglected and I want to get her back to daily driver condition without breaking the bank.

While not a Land Cruiser specialist, the guys at Love Field Auto always treat me fairly. A couple times they even warned me against unnecessary tests & fluid changes that I was requesting, saving me hundreds if not thousands.

Also you might touch base with Pablo at Tandem Automotive in FW. Had him price some work for me and he was very knowledgeable about the 80 series and quite helpful with his suggestions and time.

I have had success with both Love Field Auto and Davenport Motor Company. Can't go wrong with either in my opinion.

When I bought my 80 a few months ago I had Mike Dajda (like 'data') do the brake MC at the recommendation of the PO. Dajda had done the front axle and birfs for the PO a little over a year ago and I haven't had any problems. Google Dajda's Auto Care - he's a Land Cruiser guy and located in North Richland Hills. I don't have a ton of experience with him but I'll probably use him if I need any significant work done.
