Hey SouthBoston...reach out to me via PM here...we have the same trailer except mine is a '47!
A few thoughts:
1) do not toss that Fulton coupler on the front of the trailer tongue...it's rare and the Bantam T3-Civilian collectors search high & low for these without much luck
2) my Bantam had the other taillight cut into the passenger side like yours too...it's not original (they only came w/ one signal) but unless you are going back to complete OEM you'll likely never find the original Arrow glass lens and turn signal housing...but one from either a Model A or T is a very close substitute for the OEM light...mine is using a couple of semi-trailer stop/turn lights (made by Petersen) with the large rubber flexible grommet
3) have you registered it on the Bantam T3-C website? if not there's some good info to be found on the site (look at my prior posts and you will find the thread)
4) looks like you've got the right 16" wheels...slotted ones...if you decide to sell these (or know where I can find 1 - 2 more) I'd be interested in buying
5) does yours bounce all over the road? mine does and I'm piecing together the Bantam and Willys parts to install shock mounts
6) do NOT trust the chain to hold the tailgate shut...the chain will work itself loose...hence why I need to find another 16" spare wheel
7) I'm coming up with some ideas to modify the coupler and extend the tongue in a way that it can later be reversed back...and will be using a Lock N' Roll coupler to connect it to my FJ40
8) if you don't mind me asking, what did blasting and priming cost ? (hourly rate blasting = $??)...if you could either post or PM this info that would be great as mine needs to get this done too
9) OEM colors were olive drab military green and gloss red...mine will likely be Land Cruiser Desert Dune Beige but with a semi-gloss top coat (to help hide some of the smaller dents)...what color are you planning?
