lateral mirrors

Got a 2012 200 series (Peruvian version). When putting the reverse the lateral mirrors used to flip in a way to improve the angle to see the floor better. But a few days ago I took out the battery and put it back after full charge and it doesn't flip anymore.
Any one that experienced that? any idea how to fix it?

Tks! hope that was the reason. Travelling now but will be the first thing I will check when back in Peru in a couple of weeks.

X2 ... this is the way my US Spec 2013 works
