72 Landcruiser FJ40 for sale in Las Vegas, NV. Would be a great project vehicle for someone interested. It’s in decent shape for its age with nearly all original parts. I drive it fairly regularly on the weekends and it has the original motor and drivetrain. 4WD works fine. It has rust in the usual places: rear quarters, and underneath the front and rear doors. All electrical minus the horn and front heater works. The rear heater was removed, re-soldered, and pressure tested and is ready to be re-installed but is currently not installed. Three out of four seats have been re-upholstered to a light-colored vinyl. The fourth is still in blue and is currently not bolted to the truck. Comes with bikini top, soft doors, and the original owner’s manual.
This has been in my family since the early 80s. My parents gave it to me when I got my license. I’ve done general maintenance and driven it around on the weekends. I always intended to restore it to its original shape, but life has continually gotten in the way. I’m in the military and I’ve got several quick moves coming up and I can’t haul it around with me anymore. I’d love for her to go to a new home with someone who wants to fix her up. Asking $9500 but willing to hear out any reasonable offers.
