Looks awesome. How's the rubbing in L, N, H1?
Technically, there is some minor rubbing going on but, it’s more like an occasional touching. I’m going to give it a few days and try to have something more definitive to report.

The BFG's look to have a more scalloped sidewall up to the tread. Might have better luck with them. There's a guy running that same size with KO3's and the stock OT wheels though maybe he didn't check for UCA rubbing.

I'd like to get that size in a Falken wildpeak with the same rims but am worried they'll rub now.
when i had a 200 series, the 285/65/18 (max you could go stock), BFG's did not rub but the Wildpeaks did. just fyi.

I use a heat gun low/medium and one of these to mold that stuff back.

It shouldnt get hot so it turns shiny. Use the round side to mold it. Takes a few passes it shouldnt be so hot it bends easy.

Wondering if you will also need to trim back any body metal behind the wheel liners…

Rubbing is minimal and only at full lock. If i’m rubbing the liner, I can’t figure out where (yet) as there aren’t any witness marks with the exception of the sway bar. I suspect the tires are contacting the liner at times (like a mogul at the beach I didn’t see and I’m pretty sure I hit the front bump stops). So far, there is no discernible wear on the inside of the tires. The Boss, who does NOT subscribe to the “rubbin’ is racin’” mantra has approved the minor annoyance because she really likes the 35s/wheel combo. I may continue to consider a 3mm to 6mm “floating” spacer in the future but, we are about to embark on ~3k mile road trip and it’s not something I want to test in the mountains of Colorado.
