Landcruiser serie 70 import in Philippines

I would like to know if anybody from Philippines has already imported a Landcruiser Series 70. If yes,
1) from which countries: Japan, Australia, North-America, Europe,...?
2) Does it need to be converted to LHD?
3) Any ideas of imported taxes in the Philippines?
4) What about local exhaust emissions of a diesel engine?

I have a LC-78 import from Japan that is converted from RHD to LHD.
