Would you be interested in a clean, well maintained, River Rock Green, bone stock 2000 LX w/ 126k? Price would be $13k, so you'd have plenty of $$$ left over for mods. I'm in Yakima.

If I were you, I'd limit my search to YOUR area. You get virtually no hot or cold so cycles are moderate. You get no salt. And the sun damage on leather will be better than anywhere on this planet. Plus, there is some affluence up there and a pretty damn good selection. Just be patient!
