Landcruiser 5.7 with different HP numbers

So I've been browsing toyota sites here and there and noticed a huge difference in HP between the NA version and everywhere else where the 5.7L V8 is sold.


USA
5.7L 381HP

Russia/Middle East etc.
5.7L 362HP

Does anyone know the reason for this 17HP difference? are there parts differences?

Simple tuning. The Lexus has what, 2hp more?

It's probably because of the poor quality gas in other areas of the world.

Are there different conventions of calculating HP ?

I'm not a technical person but I think there is one authority which is SAE and there might be a different method also?
