Just bring it in yourself...in the year 2034.
I was looking at the rules here in Australia, and I think that if it meets the Australian Design Rules, and you have owned it, and used it, overseas for at least 12 months, you can bring it in as a personal import.
Not sure if you have any rules like that over there.

Welcome Hossein, so you want to import a 2000-05 70 series into Iran. I believe Iran has a three year rule, basically legally you cannot import a car older than three years. Their are other ways to get your 70 series especially in the region where you live. Plenty in Qatar and Dubai to choose from...
