Finally rebuilding the front and rear axles.

Just need $ for parts and supplies but as you can see ive already started takin it apart

Glad you decided to re build them. looks like some grease and gear oil leaked into your axle and contaminated the mud.

Make sure you get the HD seals from Marlin. It was definately time change the mud, er' I mean grease.

thats my brother's project like my cruiser. i had the cruiser since march 08 and knew about the front needing rebuildin, the rear I HOPE is the rear seals and not the rear cylinders. yea tryin to get off some $$ to get some things from Slee and those super seals...... we shall see how much money i get off seein it pay day

Ben, generally when the rear axle seals leak like that, the rear bearings are bad. The bad part about that is the inner race is the axle. Replacing the bearing w/out the axle is like replacing ta bearing w/out replacing the race. Don't want to spread bad news, but check the axle real good before putting it back together. PM me if you run into trouble. My schedule is tight right now, but I might be able to talk you through it.

bit the bullet ordered some goodies HD axle seals, steering damper, and some slee front control arms, Now need to order hardware from CDan anyone have a good line on some Parts cleaner solvent ive got a empty 20 gal parts cleaner need to start workin on it agian if i want to make the forest cleanup

well i received my stuff from slee but striped one of the mount for the steering damper, no air compressor for impact gun so not goin anywere really fast still need 1 bolt for mounting caliper and spindle nuts

and to top it all off Funding has shifted to DD car needs a trailer hitch and catch maint up to par might be moving for better job current situation is crazy now i see why vought went out of business

Cruiser is still on jacks have the arms in the garage tried to install new steering dampiner but striped one of mounts so need to order up new ones
need an impact to change out arms have an airimpact but no air compressor

Any particular reason you are ordering from CDAN and not Rick @ Ralph Hayes? Prices are very close and they will prob get to you a lot sooner.

Not sure if the SF 80 axle is the same as the 60 series but most 60 series SF dont have bearings that go bad I repolaced mine in the rear of the 62 but they didnt need it. I wanted to do it all once and the rear bearings are a bear to replace. Seals are easy.
