Wondering If you could throw the Steering Wheel and Navigation From a 2015 Land Cruiser 200(USA) into a 2009 Land Cruiser 200(USA)???

I think you'd be more likely to be able to do a 2010-2012 than a 2015 without having to do extensive cable rewiring. Hella expensive though. A 2010 head unit is ~9k.

Have you looked at the aftermarket units? Something like Joying (they make OEM replacement systems)
You can get running Android or windows CE also.

I have an android headunit in the Pajero with front/rear camera and a DVR system included. You can run any of the android programs on it. For Nav I use WAZE when driving on the road and MAPS.ME which uses Openmaps when going offroad. Plus it has built in TPMS option. They usally have 3G also so if you got a data connection with some decent MB per month you can stream internet radio or youtube.

Unless something has changed it was my understanding that after market systems couldn't interface with the environmental controls systems on the US LCs?

Actually here in the ME accessories market there were some aftermarket head units that do offer that function.

Only some of our VXR's we got that that option of climate control in the radio. I will have to go through some of my old photos to see if I can find some of the images.

If you could track down a unit that can control environmental that would be amazing. I suspect they would sell quite a few units to those of us with older USA model 200s. I've been looking and haven't found anything that specifies it does the environmental controls.

So close but it doesn't seem to indicate that environmental controls are supported on Land Cruiser. At least as far as I can tell from the features listed for the LC.
