I want to pick up a Coastal Offroad front bumper, and would like to know if anyone knows someone in the Boulder/Denver area that would weld this together for me. The few shops I called have never done a bumper, and "I'm sure we could figure it out," but I'd rather get it into the hands of someone who has done this a couple times. Figured I'd drop a line to see if anyone out here in CO knows a shop?

RSG did it for me along with a front bumper and mild suspension work, went really well although they did say that it was more welding than they expected so prices may rise a bit in the future. Let me know if you'd like to take a look at mine, I'm in Golden. Their storefront and install shop is on West Colfax, metal shop is south somewhere.

Thanks for the suggestion with RSG. I just called and they said they no longer weld up kits, so it definitely must have been more work than they expected. They said they’d do the install (the easy part) after it was welded up by someone else, but I’ll be doing that part myself anyways, to mount the winch.

Any other possibilities, Mud?

Thanks! This shop looks legit. I just spoke with Loren. They’re about 5 weeks out, so I put my name on the list. He said he’s done a number of Coastal Offroad bumpers, and said I could stop by anytime to check out their custom bumpers too, which would be a couple hundred less than a CO. Quoted 700-1,000. Said he could probably add a front receiver for me too, so I may do that right away also. Lots of great reviews on the shop and seems like the perfect choice. Will post pics once all’s said and done.

Very happy with the sliders on my truck that he did. Gearing up to do somethings on my 80.

Boy if i could get a simple no frills bumper with winch mount for 700-1000 I’d be a very happy camper. Does he ship?

Sorry, I didn’t phrase that well. He quoted 700-1000 for the welding of the CO bumper. He said his custom bumpers come out to about $1,200, which is a pretty great price, but I really like the look and high clearance of the CO, so I’m going that route.
