IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ!

The campsite that we have used in the past is occupied so Micah went and scouted us some directions to a new one. Micah and Jenny are already there and Bon, Andy, Myself, and maybe Brad should be getting there tonight. See y'all there.

From I-49 South, take the Woodworth exit (Exit 73, Hwy 3265) like before and continue on through town. DO NOT SPEED through Woodworth. From the redlight in Woodworth go straight on Castor Plunge Road 5.4 miles. E033I is the Forest Service Road back into the camp on the Right. I marked the road sign and a telephone pole at the entrance with Orange flagging tape. Continue on E033I for about a mile and you can’t miss the campsite there with my camper parked. On E033I there is a huge mud hole in the middle of the road about halfway down. Do not go through this, as it has no bottom- take the run around. A couple of rednecks told me how they sunk a F-250 on 38’s a couple of weekends ago in it.

From I-49 North, go to Woodworth, it is easier than taking all the back roads to the camp and is probably just as quick.

Jenny and I will be camping out from tonight and will not have access to FB, but there is good cell phone reception there. Call or PM me if there are any questions. Look forward to seeing y’all Saturday morning.

You guys really should check the Schedule of Events thread in the sticky section above. Our next club meeting is going to be a M&G type of meeting at NST on 9/22 and then the following weekend is the La Club Challenge at SI. So if you want to scratch your wheeling itch before SCC, come on out to the LCC. I will be there.

Don't reveal the rituals on the Internet! And this trip can still happen since it would be a one night trip. We could all convoy up after the M&G/meeting

That right there is funny. :lol:

If you guys want to head out after the meeting we could have the meeting at 10am and then those that are going to KNF could leave and the rest of us could still hang out at NST.
 
For anyone that is interested I just talked to our resident park ranger on CY and he is in for a Sat/Sun. run in Kisatchie. He works there so last time he was able to find us a ton of cool trails. So if there is still any interest in making a run up there after the Meet and Greet let me know and I'll set something up with him. If not we could move it to the weekend of the 6th but I figure hat might be too close for those of you going to SCC.

Any and all input is welcome
