Where is the best place to buy these from? Tried a place on eBay and 3 weeks later they haven’t shipped and can’t provide an update.

Anyone have a lead on where to get a set from in the US?

Anyone got a set they aren’t using?

Thanks in advance.

Aren't they at 4-5 weeks to deliver, at a very minimum? Maybe wait another week for an update...

This is where I got mine, took a hot minute for delivery from Australia.

I also stripped and repainted them and I'm pretty pleased with myself.

Ordered my KTRS-79s a few days ago from PEC's website, a few bucks cheaper than their eBay listing and they ship internationally. I think my out-the-door cost was $285 USD including shipping to Virginia.

I mentioned this on some other threads, but as the weight of my truck approached 7000 lbs fully loaded the king springs and AHC torsion bars just we're not cutting it. I was over pressure on my globes and under stress, like when I was wheeling, the AHC system would fail and drop me back down to normal height.

So as a last ditch experiment before getting rid of the AHC I installed non-AHC torsion bars and springs that I picked up in a junk yard and I am very pleased with the results.

The ride is soft, my pressures are within spec, the AHC works fine.

My curb weight is 7000 even, so for those of you who intend to load up for camping or like me wanna live out of your LC full time, save yourself some money and just go this route.

The springs just arrived today, here's a timeline in case anyone is curious:
  • 24 June: Ordered
  • 25 June: Shipped
  • 30 June: Arrived at LAX
  • 3 July: Arrived
Overall I had a good experience, I was worried that it was going to take 3-4 weeks but they arrived in a week and a half. Australia Post's tracking wasn't updated once the package reached the US so it was stuck as "Processing/Customs" until the package showed up at my door.
