I like it. It looks similar, albeit fancier to our old BSA patrol boxes, or to my current Camp Chef travel kitchen. Price point is the key here. $150 seems like the max price point for me.
It's a box, or maybe it's a table, no it's a Tablox! 
I think it could sell to the right demographic as it is. I don't like that everything inside is still free to bounce, roll, fall and make noise while I am bouncing along just like a storage container. I like the legs and the counter space it could provide someone without a table or tailgate.
