Key Programming

I recently purchased a programable key on ebay for my 2002 LX470. The ad had indicated the key would be complete with instructions. Well the seller shipped the key but failed to include the programing instructions. I have emailed seller several times but no response. Does anyone have the instructions to program the key or direct me to a website that does. Thanks in advance.

I, upon the advice from CDan, bought a Camry blank key (for an extra key for my 100), had it cut and I just programmed it per the thread instructions: Worked great! And now I have an extra key and all told, including the cost to have the key cut from my VIN, was only $50.00. Thanks CDan & whoever put the programming instructions up originally, for the tip!!!
