Ok so I know there are other threads talking about the lean but nothing that helps me. I have a 2007 GX470 Sport w/KDSS. I had a shop install my Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Pro kit Stage 2 w/UCAs and rear adjustable panhard bar. I had Ironman send the front coilovers prebuilt and the spring seat heights already set. I also had the Treat oaks full set of KDSS spacers put in. So normally these things lean down on the driver side but I have a big lean on the passenger side. Pretty sure the shop that installed my lift did not open the KDSS valves during install. I even tried my self on a lift but cannot get access to the 10mm hex bolts that are on top of the actuator. No room.
Distance from center wheel to fender:
RF - 21.25"
LF - 23.50"
RR - 22.75"
LR - 25.50"

I really need some help here. Is this a KDSS thing? Do I really need to equalize the pressure? Should I remove the KDSS spacers on driver side? I am so lost. Ironman 4x4 confirmed that driver side spring seat height is set higher to counteract the normal driver lean.

The hex bolt is under the skid plate (E & F in diagram) Not on top of the solenoid block. Some people also says you need to open the one next to the fill valve (C&D in diagram). This is called shutter valve and it's function is just to block the fill valve and reduce the change of leaks.

Some companies sells The KDSS leveling spacer. They are supposed to be installed on the passenger side. So by that logic you need more preload on the passenger side.

I have KDSS spacer from treaty oak too but only install the rear. Mine does not lean. To me the passenger side only spacer does not make sense.

My system does not look like that. My fill ports look different... And I'm an idiot. I put the front KDSS spacer on the driver side. Suppose it would help on the passenger side. Still need to figure out how to equalize this thing.

Is it the 2 bolts on the right side of the cluster of 4?
That is all mud by the way, not rust.

Yes it suppose to be on passenger side. It does it make sense to me either.

The valve are behind this skid plate.

I opened the C and D valves as the hex bolts are on top of the assembly for me, there is nothing hiding under the skid.

These are 100% the shudder valves. Back them out to .60-.65" (top of bolt to face of valve body. Rock the truck side-side to equalize pressure. *At your own risk for legal purposes*

As mentioned above, maybe it is a year to year difference. On my 2006 truck, the hex bolts are inaccessible as they are on top of the assembly. Removing the skid does not reveal them. I opened the shudder valves that are circled in the above image. It was immediately noticable that the system had some slack. After installing my lift components, we put the truck back on its wheels on the ground and my dad and I stood on each side step and rocked it back and forth a good bunch. Tigtened valves. Went for a drive, did it again. I have basically no lean, maybe on the order of a quarter inch. Granted, I also have a small 1.5 inch lift.
