Selling our CVT MT Rainier extended Summit series tent, changed over to a hardshell since it is just my wife and I. We have had this tent since June of last year, and have easily slept 30+ nights in it since, all over the country.
We’re asking $1600 for the tent and annex as it sits, just went through the tent and scrubbed it down and ran my ozone machine in it before packing it back up, so it is ready for your adventures!
This is the second largest RTT that CVT makes giving you enough room for 3+ adults (we have slept 4) plus kids down in the included annex.
This is their upgraded Summit series tent that is made of heavier fabric (which holds heat better for winter camping), has a stouter ladder, and everything is just generally beefed up to last through whatever abuse you can throw at it. It is also the Extended version that allows you to enclose the ladder completely with the annex, giving you essentially a ground level tent that is attached to your RTT. Jump on our Instagram to see tons of pictures of us wheeling with it, and a few others of it setup. This tent is not in perfect shape it, has some discoloration from mildew, but the pricing is reflective of that. The cheapest version of this tent I could find was $700 more than my asking price, and they are generally $1000 more. Happy to assist in loading, would ideally have at least 2 more strong sets of hands to load it up, it’s pretty hefty.
