Sell or trade for '96-'97 FJZ80 with clean undercarriage (I am not looking to add money to the trade).

2005 Lexus GX470 - 195,600 miles - I am the second owner and purchased it December 2017 in Sacramento, CA. It had lived its life in California so little to no rust. Full service history at Lexus from first owner and dash replaced under recall (No cracks). It was completely stock when I purchased it.
I built up the GX but decided to go a different route. It was mainly a mall crawler. Only three outings with it- Jamboree, KS Rocks, and FJ Summit. Most aftermarket parts were removed. I did have to source out new fenders, front bumper, and rear bumper due to selling/throwing away the originals.
Pros:
-Timing belt/Waterpump replaced 15k miles ago.
-New battery
-Spring conversion (rear axle from 4thgen 4runner so spring perch already in place with pan hard correction bracket welded)
-FJC suspension with fresh alignment
-Breathers relocated
-SSO sliders
-Calipers/pads/rotors replaced at purchase
-Pioneer AVIC-8200NEX Flagship Navigation/AV receiver 7" WVGA touch screen with backup camera
-Beat Sonic SLX-81A module

The bad:
-Windshield cracked
-No skids
-Rear bumper mismatch
-Stubborn Jamboree mud on undercarriage (see last two pictures, I wiped the crossbar using WD40 to show it is mud and not rust).
-Rear rhythmic noise when driving, does it even when coasting in neutral so not driveline or diff. (I'm thinking possible rear wheel bearings or brakes checked). Tired of working on the vehicle so selling it how it is.
