You can tent, almost anywhere you want on N/F lands (unless other regs are posted) its just no frills back country type with no improvements or services. which trail head the one on Wild bill road or the one on Blacktail Mt road

Edit: Snow plug form last monday is clear and passable now all the way to Black tall road

i was up there last weekend, everything is open. Browns Meadows area (bottom of blacktail) has tons of good camping spots, i camped for 2 nights different places both nights. then i went up to east glacier for a night. the gravel pit is an ok spot to camp, there is a great lookout there where you can see lake mary ronan and all of the missions. plus its right by the trails. this is from the lookout spot.

Is this still potentially this weekend? Also was looking at the Skyline 4x4 group page out of Polson and they may be doing trail work this weekend. Can't tell for sure, but the 21st was canx due to rain. Looks like rescheduled Fri May 27??
